The SMART™ Framework is a breakdown of individual activities that utilize proven recruiting tactics, the latest in Web 2.0 technologies, and interactive analytical tools built for the recruiting function.

Below is a breakdown of our SMART™ Team:

  • Research Specialist - generates active candidate names and resumes. Responsibilities include aggregate resume collection through key word searches and spidering.

  • Web 2.0 Specialist - generates passive candidate names and profiles. Responsibilities include social networking and viral marketing using the latest Web 2.0 tools.

  • Marketing Specialist - creates interest from both active and passive candidates. Responsibilities include email marketing and analytics, content design, and branding.

  • Sr. Recruiter - drives the pre-screening and submittal process. Responsibilities include establishing the game plan for each open position, screening candidates, salary confirmation, etc.

  • Project Manager - oversees the successful completion of each sourcing engagement. Responsibilities include quality control, pre/post submittal management, productivity management, and reporting.
